Vault Registration Desk Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy. "Vault", "we", "us", "our" refers to Vault Ministry (or the entity operating Vault Ministry). "User", "you", "your" refers to any person accessing, registering through, or using services of the Vault Registration Desk. "Services" refers to registration, payment, attendance, and any related events or offerings by Vault. You must register fully by providing accurate personal details as required by Vault. Payment must be made by the methods we accept i.e. M-Pesa. Fees paid are non-refundable, except in circumstances set out in the refund policy below. You agree to comply with all instructions given by Vault during the event. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with other participants. If Vault cancels the event, you will be notified and eligible for a full refund, or an alternative arrangement, as decided by Vault. Vault shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury you may suffer as a result of participation, except to the extent required by law. You assume all risks associated with attending the event, including travel to and from the venue. All content, images, videos, logos, marks used by Vault are owned by Vault or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Vault intellectual property without express permission. By registering for this event, you automatically consent to Vault Ministry taking photographs, videos, and other media during the event. You grant Vault Ministry the unrestricted right to use, publish, display, and distribute these images and videos for promotional, marketing, social media, and other organizational purposes without compensation or further consent. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform event organizers in writing prior to the event. Vault reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on the Vault Events website or communicated to registrants. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to arbitration or courts in Kenya.

We may collect the following information: personal details (name, email, phone number(s), address), payment information (transaction records, payment method used), usage information (site activity), and event participation information (attendance, preferences). We use your data to: process registration and payments, communicate event details and updates, improve services, and create anonymized statistics. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (e.g. payment processors, notification services) under confidentiality obligations, or if required by law. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure. We retain personal data as long as necessary for the purposes collected, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Afterwards, data will be securely deleted or anonymized. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your data, subject to applicable laws. Our website may use cookies to track usage. The revised policy will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

Vault Camp is committed to fairness, transparency, and smooth organization. This refund policy ensures clarity for all participants regarding cancellations, refunds, and registration transfers. Camp Dates: 17th – 21st December, Venue: Nova Pioneer. All refund requests (full or partial) must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before the camp start date — on or before 17th November. Requests received after 17th November will not be eligible for any refund, as camp logistics and materials will have been finalized. Participants who cancel on or before 17th November will receive a 100% refund of fees paid. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Cancellations made after 17th November, or failure to attend the camp for any reason, will not qualify for a refund. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or other exceptional situations, subject to review and submission of valid documentation. Participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another eligible individual by 5th December at no additional cost.
